An Alchemical Retreat of Breath, Rhythm & Integration

FULLY ALIVE is an alchemical summer retreat co-led by Cesar Balestrini and Jess Meister, held in the natural beauty of Misty Ridge Retreat B&B. This immersive weekend blends intentional connection practices, ceremonial breathwork supported by live drumming, and alchemy crystal sound healing to create a grounded container for deep release and embodied transformation. Through breath, rhythm, and presence, participants are invited to transmute what they’ve been carrying, reconnect with their life force, and integrate what is ready to be lived. This is a space for those who feel the call to step fully into themselves — clear, connected, and unmistakably alive.

Dates: July 17–19, 2026

Cost*: $1111 (includes breakfast; all rooms have two beds and are shared)

*A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required at time of booking. Pricing is in CDN. All taxes are included. Lodging and transportation to and from the retreat are not included. If you would like to stay on property, you are welcome to book your own lodging directly through Misty Ridge Retreat B&B. Tent camping is also available on the property.
