    I was lucky enough to participate in a group sound bowl session as well as a personal sound healing session and WOW! what an incredible, unique, deep, healing experience. First of all, Jess has an energy and presence that makes you feel so secure, safe and relaxed. You can tell she genuinely wants to take care of you and take you on a journey that will help in your healing and she does this by personalizing the experience to your body (even if you are in a group session!). The experience was holistic and magical because not only did she use the sound bowls, but she incorporated other instruments, music, candles, incents and oracle cards to make it even deeper and more special. Jess is so intuitive and you can tell her sound baths are played intuitively to really match the energy of the room and the people in it. I couldn’t recommend it enough if you are looking for a beautiful healing journey or just a relaxing, grounding session!

  • Laying on the beach in Costa Rica

    I had the opportunity to have a private Sound Bath with Jess this past year while laying on the beach in Costa Rica. Between the waves crashing and the vibration of the Bowls being played, I went into a beautiful peaceful meditation state. I'm one that likes to talk through my problems, trauma, & life in general... and having Jess guide me through a session of Intuitive guided sound bath - It was another layer of healing that was needed without saying one word.

    I left feeling grounded, safe, at peace with where my life was at and going - and the desire of wanting more of that in my life.

    I feel extremely Grateful to have been gifted the opportunity to experience a sound healing with Jess! The entire session felt extremely safe and comforting thanks to the energy she brought with her into the container! The actual sound bath itself was beautifully relaxing and grounding, and where I really noticed the healing was at the end, during the post session space that she held for conversation and verbal integration! She is gentle, and sincere, attentive and patient!     I am so happy to share that Jess gave me my first sound bath experience this last October ! Through the powerful vibrations of her bowls, she brought me to a deep meditation state where I could feel all my cells awakening.   • Floating along a beautiful river

    Experiencing one of Jess’s sound bath meditations is like floating along a beautiful river the middle of nowhere. You become so relaxed you are taken out of the room, leaving just the physical body to lay. Singing bowls help you reach a deeper state of meditation and are a great tool for relaxing. Jess is able to read the energy in the room and is pulled towards what chakra seems to be blocked or moving slower than the rest. She is drawn to playing the singing bowls based on her guest’s needs. After experiencing one of jesses beautiful sound baths I was so at peace with myself and with the universe around me.

    I had the honor to attend Jessica’s sound bath meditation. Its hard to put words to magic. Jess transported me to another dimension.
